Mooo Gift Certificates are Temporarily Unavailable
We're changing how our gift certificates work and hope to relaunch them in the next few months. Until then they won't be available for sale but existing certificates will still be honoured.
How to use your certificate
- Visit mooo.com.au to browse the range.
- Add to your cart any products you want to buy.
- At the checkout page, enter your Gift Certificate ID. You can also check your gift card status and balance here.
Terms and Conditions of use
- Mooo Gift Certificates are only redeemable online at mooo.com.au.
- Mooo Gift Certificates expire after 12 months from the date of order.
- Mooo Gift Certificates are not exchangeable/redeemable for cash.
- Mooo Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
- Mooo Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase a gift certificate.
- Mooo Gift Certificates cannot be purchased in conjunction with selected promotions.
- Mooo accepts no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent Gift Certificates. It is the gift certificate holder's responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the Gift Certificate and its code.
- Mooo accepts no responsible for the loss of any gift certificate due to an incorrect email address entered. If the recipient does not receive the email Gift Certificate, please contact us immediately on 0390111646 or at customerservice@mooo.com.au to send the certificate to an alternative email address.
