How long will it take? (back to top) Mooo personalised products are custom made to order (that's right, we don't hold stock of products with names such as tigerlilly or apple). We will make your order and send it within 7 working days. If you need it in a real rush, you can select "Rush Order", which includes express production and express post (in this case we get the order delivered to you within 2-3 days of payment). Mooo iron on label instructions... (back to top) Applying mooo clothing labels is easy. Carefully peel the label off the backing paper and place on the garment. Place a small piece of baking paper over the label and use a hot dry iron to rub over the label for 10-20 seconds. Once the paper has cooled peel this off and inspect. If applied correctly you should see the texture of the fabric impressed on the label. If the edges aren't fully fused please repeat the ironing steps until a good bond is achieved. All done. |

Mooo vinyl label instructions... Adhere your labels to smooth surfaces that are clean and dry (dirt, oil or grease will prevent the label from sticking). Some plastics with bumps, ridges or greasy surfaces are NOT compatible. This includes plastics that contain high silicon (non stick) content such as some Tupperware. If the labelled item needs to go into a dishwasher please wait 2-3 days for the adhesive to "cure". You will generally find that labels with lighter colours such as light blue pink, and green will perform better in the dishwasher. Labels with "saturated" colours such as reds, dark browns and dark blues, may not adhere quite as well for dishwasher use. For shoe dots please place the sticker to the inside heel and stick a supplied clear label over the top for added durability. We don't claim our labels will last forever however by applying them correctly they will stick to most surfaces and withstand the daily rigours of a child's day! |

Mooo delivery prices start at only $2.90 and orders above $200 are shipped FREE (excluding our really big items such as the pedal cars). Prices are calculated during the checkout. Here's the prices: Less than 150 grams: $2.90 Here's some examples of weights: So, wIth the exception of our larger items, no matter what you order from mooo.com.au you'll never pay more than $9.90 for delivery anywhere in Australia. So why not order an alphabet puzzle for every kid below 7 in Queensland? Or perhaps a name puzzle for everyone in Pre Primary at Exmouth District School! There might be only 50 kids but considering we'll ship all 50 puzzle 3400km for $9.90 it's kind of a bargain! Often the delivery cost alone ends up well, well below cost price. So why not ask your friends if they want to add anything to your order and then you will save money by splitting the already cheap delivery cost (we're serious this time). For delivering the goods, Mooo uses the trusty folks at Australia Post Parcel service. The cost of Postage and Handling is added to your order after any discounts or specials have been subtracted. Freight on some of our larger items to remote areas may incure additional delivery charges. In these cases we will call to discuss the shipping charges.

Our international orders are sent using the DHL Global Mail service and start at under $6.50! The shipping rate is $5 for each order plus a charge based on weight. At mooo.com.au, we promise our products will be as impressive as they appear on our website. We’ll be happy for you to return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things don’t work out. Fortunately, “1, 2, 3 No Changies” is NOT our return policy. We’re more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one, or refund your purchase within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund where errors occur from a typing error you may have made over the internet or mail order or if you change your mind. |
